Who operates this website?

This site is operated under the name Sultaan. Questions about the site's data handling, or requests to access or remove information you've submitted, can be sent through the contact form below. The operator's full legal contact information should be added before a public launch if required for your circumstances.

What data is collected?

When you request the free three-day guide, you submit your email address, the source of your request, and whether you opted into occasional future emails. When you use the contact form, you submit your name (if provided), email and message. Basic technical information may also be processed by the hosting provider for website operation and anti-spam protection.

Why we use it

We use your email submission to provide access to the requested free guide and to manage that request. We only intend to send future promotional or educational emails if you separately tick the optional marketing checkbox. You can withdraw that marketing consent at any time by using the contact form below; any future marketing emails should also contain an unsubscribe option.

Where information is stored

Form submissions are processed and stored by our hosting service, Netlify, on behalf of the site operator. We do not display submitted email addresses publicly. We aim to retain form records only as long as necessary for the purposes above; until an automated retention policy is configured, requests to delete your information will be handled manually.

What about purchases?

Clicking a purchase button transfers you to Payhip, which handles checkout, payment and download delivery under its own privacy and purchase terms. This website does not collect card details.

Cookies and analytics

The current website has no advertising pixels, third-party analytics scripts, or intentionally set marketing cookies. Netlify and Payhip may process technical information necessary for their respective services. If additional analytics or marketing tools are added later, this notice will be updated.

Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you can request access, correction, erasure or restriction of personal data. You can also object to certain processing and withdraw optional marketing consent. Use the form below to make a request. We may need to verify that a request concerns your own email address.
